RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return or exchange an item, we ask you to send an e-mail to customer@sciuscia.eu with your request. The goods must in any case be returned, in their original condition and complete with label, within 14 days from the date of delivery. Products returned with signs of wear or delivered after the deadline indicated will not be accepted. All footwear sales are considered final as is the sale of discounted items. Sciuscià is not responsible for the cost of shipping related to the return, unless the item is defective and the defect is recognized.
